Privacy Policy Overview
REDZ Law respects your privacy. We limit the information we collect and use to responding to inquiries, providing website and map features, preventing abuse, and maintaining secure and reliable services. This overview applies to our public website and interactive map.
We do not sell your information. REDZ Law does not sell or rent personal information, provide it to advertisers or data brokers for their marketing, or use it to build advertising profiles. We do not use inquiry information or map activity for targeted advertising.
Browsing the website. We do not use advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, session replay, browser fingerprinting, or tracking cookies to identify visitors or follow their activity between pages or across websites. We do not intentionally save unsubmitted inquiry drafts in browser storage. Information may remain in an open page, and your browser may independently autofill or restore entries through its own settings.
Information you submit. When you submit any inquiry form, we receive the information you provide. Depending on the form, this may include your name, contact details, company, other parties, property location, matter description, and relevant deadlines. We use it to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, conduct appropriate conflict checks, and maintain related firm records.
Submissions are transmitted using encrypted HTTPS connections and processed through our website and Microsoft 365 email services. Inquiry emails stored in our Microsoft 365 mailbox are protected by encryption at rest. The website’s submission feature does not keep a separate database copy of the inquiry text. Received messages and related correspondence remain in our email or other appropriate firm records; they do not disappear when you leave the website.
Using the interactive map. The map processes the address text, selected features, and requests needed to display results and property information. Where address suggestions are available, partial address text is sent to the map’s service while you type, before you press Search. We do not use these requests to build visitor profiles or maintain a separate visitor search-history database. Necessary technical and security records may still contain information about requests, as described below.
Security and technical records. Our website and map services process technical information needed to serve requests, prevent spam and excessive use, and diagnose problems. This can include IP addresses, request times, requested pages or resources, browser information, and error details.
If an inquiry cannot be sent or its status is uncertain, we may save a limited technical record, such as the time, form category, reference number, and delivery status. That application error record does not include the submitted inquiry text, contact information, or IP address. It is separate from hosting-provider logs.
Service providers and access. We use Vercel, Cloudflare, Microsoft 365, and Supabase for hosting, map delivery, email, database services, and security. Information needed for those services is processed by the relevant providers. Access to information we retain is restricted to authorized people and providers supporting the relevant service or firm function. Provider processing and retention are also governed by their applicable service terms and privacy policies. We may disclose information when required by law or valid legal process.
Retention. We retain inquiry correspondence and necessary technical records for the purposes described above, including responding to requests, resolving service problems, protecting the website, maintaining appropriate firm records, and meeting applicable legal or professional obligations. Retention varies by record type and service. Technical records are subject to system cleanup and provider retention settings; backups and exported copies may follow separate schedules. We do not promise that all information is erased when a visitor changes pages or leaves the website, or on a single fixed deletion date.
Links and questions. If you follow a link to another website, that site’s privacy practices apply. For questions about this overview or information you have submitted, contact REDZ Law at info@redzlaw.com.
